Ingredients


1 cup Baby spinach (or handful)
1 small potato Sweet potato (cooked)
1 medium Orange (peeled)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain, 2% M.F.
2 date pitted Medjool date (optional - for sweetness)
1 tsp Turmeric, ground
1/2 cup Coconut milk

Instructions


In a high speed blender, add the ingredients, in order and blend until smooth!
