1 tsp Cacao nibs, raw, Sunfoods (to sprinkle on top)
1 tsp Cacao powder, raw
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 medium Frozen banana
1/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free
1 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
1 tsp Maca powder
1 scoop Whey protein powder, isolate, unflavoured
1/2 cup Cashew milk, unsweetened

Mix all ingredients in a high-powered blender (leaving out the cacao nibs and hemp seeds - which you can sprinkle on top)!
