1 medium Frozen banana
1/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free
1 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
1 tsp Maca powder
1 scoop Whey protein powder, isolate, unflavoured
1/2 cup Cashew milk, unsweetened
