2 breast Chicken breast, boneless, skinless
1 cup Chicken broth (stock)
3 tbsp Hot sauce
2 tbsp Avocado oil
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tbsp Arrowroot flour


Dump all ingredients in an instant pot.

Select manual and cook for 18 minutes fresh or 23 minutes frozen.

Release the pressure when done.

Take out chicken and pull it apart.

Make a roux with 1 tbsp arrowroot powder and a little water then whisk in the sauce to thicken.

Add chicken back to instant pot.

Serve over rice with a side of vegetables.
