Creamy Carrot-Ginger Soup with Lime

6 medium Carrots (scrubbed, sliced, steamed)
4 cup Chicken broth (stock) (chilled)
4 whole lime(s) Lime juice (fresh)
1 tbsp minced Ginger root
1 dash Cayenne pepper
1 tsp Sea salt
1/2 can(s) (13.5 oz) Coconut milk


  1. Steam carrots until soft enough to mash. 
  2. Puree all ingredients together with a hand blender. 
  3. Chill and serve!
