Ingredients


1 tbsp Apple cider
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1 clove(s) Garlic
1 slice Ginger root (around 1/2 inch, peeled)
2 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Lime juice (fresh)
1/4 cup Olive oil
1/4 tsp Sea salt
2 tbsp Tahini
1 tbsp Water

Instructions


Place all ingredients in a blender (or food processor) and combine until smooth. Add more than 1 tbsp of water if needed until it reaches desired consistency.

Keep leftover dressing in a sealed container in the fridge. The dressing will thicken as it sits so you
will need to add a bit more water again.
