Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat on the stove.
- Add in the celery and onions, and saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Mix in the mushrooms and carrots, and saute another 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic, chicken, oregano and thyme. Saute for another minute.
- Pour in the chicken broth and add the noodles to the saucepan.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- Add in the heavy whipping cream, and simmer another 5 minutes before serving.
