Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oatmeal
A delicious morning comfort oatmeal! Ready when you wake up! A beautiful fall treat!

Ingredients


170 ml Milk product (divided if desire)
1 dash Cinnamon
1 dash Ginger, ground
1 dash Nutmeg, ground
35 gm Steel cut oats, dry (or rolled oats)

Instructions


  1. Mix all of the ingredients (milk product - could leave part aside for the next day, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and oats) in a bowl and then pour into a mason jar.
  2. Cover with a lid and allow to sit overnight.
  3. Microwave or warm on the stovetop in the morning for 1 minute (or serve cold). Add remaining of milk (if divided when preparing) needed to reach the desired texture.
  4. Serve and enjoy.
