|1/2 cup||Almond milk, unsweetened|
|1/8 tsp||Ginger, ground|
|1/8 tsp||Nutmeg, ground|
|1/4 cup||Pumpkin purée, canned|
|1/4 cup||Steel cut oats, dry|
1. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl and then pour into a mason jar.
2. Cover with lid and allow to sit overnight.
3. Microwave or warm on stove top in the morning for 1 minute before eating or eat cold!
