A delicious morning comfort oatmeal! Ready when you wake up! A beautiful fall treat!
Ingredients
1/2 cup

Almond milk, unsweetened
|
1 dash
|
Cinnamon
|
1 dash
|
Ginger, ground
|
1 dash
|
Nutmeg, ground
|
1/4 cup
|
Pumpkin purée, canned
|
1/4 cup
|
Steel cut oats, dry
(or rolled oats)

Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients (almond milk, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, pumpkin puree, and oats) in a bowl and then pour into a mason jar.
- Cover with lid and allow to sit overnight.
- Microwave or warm on the stovetop in the morning for 1 minute before eating or eat cold!
Notes:
More protein
- Top with your choice of nuts and seeds. Pecans, hemp, sunflower, cashew, and almonds are great options.
