Creamy Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oatmeal

A delicious morning comfort oatmeal! Ready when you wake up! A beautiful fall treat!


1/2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
1 dash Cinnamon
1 dash Ginger, ground
1 dash Nutmeg, ground
1/4 cup Pumpkin purée, canned
1/4 cup Steel cut oats, dry (or rolled oats)


  1. Mix all of the ingredients (almond milk,  cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, pumpkin puree, and oats) in a bowl and then pour into a mason jar.
  2. Cover with lid and allow to sit overnight.
  3. Microwave or warm on the stovetop in the morning for 1 minute before eating or eat cold!


More protein

  • Top with your choice of nuts and seeds. Pecans, hemp, sunflower, cashew, and almonds are great options.
