Creamy Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oatmeal
A delicious morning comfort oatmeal! Ready when you wake up! A beautiful fall treat!

Ingredients


175 ml Milk product (of your choice)
1 dash Cinnamon
1 dash Ginger, ground
1 dash Nutmeg, ground
1/2 cup Pumpkin purée, canned (better yet - make your own)
1 tsp Maple syrup
40 gm Steel cut oats, dry (or rolled oats)
2 tbsp Walnuts (crushed)

Instructions


  1. Mix all of the ingredients (almond milk, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and oats) in a bowl and then pour into a mason jar.
  2. Cover with a lid and allow to sit overnight.
  3. Microwave or warm on the stovetop in the morning for 1 minute (or serve cold). Add additional almond milk if needed to reach the desired texture.
  4. Top with walnuts before serving, and enjoy
