A delicious morning comfort oatmeal! Ready when you wake up! A beautiful fall treat!
Ingredients
175 ml
|
Milk product
(of your choice)
|
1 dash
|
Cinnamon
|
1 dash
|
Ginger, ground
|
1 dash
|
Nutmeg, ground
|
1/2 cup
|
Pumpkin purée, canned
(better yet - make your own)
|
1 tsp
|
Maple syrup
|

Steel cut oats, dry
(or rolled oats)

2 tbsp

Walnuts
(crushed)

Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients (almond milk, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and oats) in a bowl and then pour into a mason jar.
- Cover with a lid and allow to sit overnight.
- Microwave or warm on the stovetop in the morning for 1 minute (or serve cold). Add additional almond milk if needed to reach the desired texture.
- Top with walnuts before serving, and enjoy
