150 gm | Brown rice pasta (gluten-free if needed) |

1 head | Broccoli, raw |
1 tbsp | Sesame oil |
4 tbsp | Sesame seeds |
2 tbsp | Tahini |

1 tbsp | Coconut oil (for frying) |
1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
2. In the meantime, heat up a bit of oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the garlic, ginger, and cumin. Toss around for a minute or two.
3. Add broccoli and just enough water to cover the bottom of the frying pan.
4. Add the tahini and sesame oil to the drained pasta along with the broccoli and sesame seeds. Toss to coat well.
