1 bunch Basil, fresh (chopped)
2 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
1 avocado(s) Avocado (chopped)
1 pinch Sea salt (or to taste)
1 dash Black pepper (or to taste)
1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil (cold pressed)
