2 cup, shredded | Napa cabbage, raw |
1/2 avocado(s) | Avocado (cut into small pieces) |
1 tbsp | Lemon juice |
1 pinch | Salt |
1/4 cup seeds | Pomegranate seeds |
To a salad bowl add cabbage, avocado , lemon juice and salt.
Let sit for 5 minutes and then using your hand mash the avocado such that it is not recognizable and will become the creamy dressing for the cabbage. Now add pomegranate and adjust the salt to your own taste and enjoy.
