1 cup Red bell pepper
4 large tortilla(s) Whole wheat tortilla
1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
3 serving(s) Southern Fresh Salsa

Southern Fresh Salsa

1/2 large pepper(s) Orange bell pepper
1 large pepper(s) Red bell pepper
1 medium pepper(s) Jalapeno pepper
1/2 cup (kernels) Boiled corn
1/2 can (15oz) Black beans, canned
1/2 avocado(s) Avocado
1 mango Mango
1 tbsp Avocado oil
1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
1/2 tbsp Maple syrup
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper

Instructions


Spread Hummus all over Tortilla's add in peppers beans and any other toppings, season with salt and pepper, fold tortilla over its self and grill on medium high heat until toasty on each side

All ingredients chopped I prefer finely for maximum diversity in each bite

mix together the dressing before adding to the salsa


Stores well in the fridge for 3-4 days

Tip fresh homemade tortillas or sourdough tortillas can make for an extra special snack made with love.
