Spread Hummus all over Tortilla's add in peppers beans and any other toppings, season with salt and pepper, fold tortilla over its self and grill on medium high heat until toasty on each side
All ingredients chopped I prefer finely for maximum diversity in each bite
mix together the dressing before adding to the salsa
Stores well in the fridge for 3-4 days
Tip fresh homemade tortillas or sourdough tortillas can make for an extra special snack made with love.
