10 large Carrots (sliced in half, then in three's)
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Turmeric, powder
1 1/2 tbsp Avocado oil
1/4 cup Almond flour/meal, Bob's Red Mill


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, oil and spices and mix well
  2. Add in carrots and evenly coat.
  3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and add coated carrots.
  4. Cook for about 20 minutes then flip carrots over to rotate.
  5. Bake for another 10-12 minutes.
  6. Broil for about 2-3 to crisp (optional). Enjoy!



To make AIP friendly omit Black Pepper and substitute Almond Flour with Coconut Flour


Will stay good in fridge for about a week!
