Crispy Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients


2 medium potato Sweet potato (peeled and sliced into strips)
1 tbsp Avocado oil
1 tbsp Arrowroot flour
1/4 tsp Chili powder
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Sea Salt (or to taste)

Instructions


  1. Preheat oven to 450F
  2. Chop sweet potatoes into long thin strips
  3. Place sweet potatoes into a large bowl and toss with avocado oil, chili powder, ground cinnamon and sea salt.
  4. Sprinkle arrowroot flour on top and toss to coat.
  5. Divide sweet potato fries among two cookie sheets, making sure to leave a lot of space between each fry.
  6.  Bake for 23-25 minutes. or until to your desired crispiness. You can air fry the potatoes if you wish.
