115 gm Black beans, canned (drained & rinsed; Bean Filling)
1/2 tsp Cumin (Bean Filling)
1 tsp Paprika, smoked (Bean Filling)
1 pinch Salt (Bean Filling)
1 small tortilla(s) Whole wheat tortilla
2 tbsp Cheddar cheese, sharp (topping)
0.12 avocado(s) Avocado (topping)
2 tbsp Salsa, ready-to-serve (topping)

Instructions


1. Place tortilla on a plate.

 

2. Mix the bean filling by combining beans, cumin, paprika, salt and salsa in a bowl and tossing.

 

3. Top with a sprinkle of grated cheese and avocado. 

 

4. Microwave for 60 to 90 seconds. Enjoy!
