1 medium White onion (minced)
2 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
1 tsp Oregano, dried
1 tsp, ground Basil, dried
1 can(s) (15oz) Tomato sauce, canned (low sodium)
4 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 cup Spinach (or any leafy greens)
1 medium pepper(s) Green bell pepper (chopped;; or any favourite vegetables)
1 medium Zucchini (sliced; or any favourite vegetables)
1/2 cup Cremini (Italian) mushroom (sliced; or any favourite vegetables)

  1. Cook beef in a skillet on the stove over medium/high heat until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add onion, garlic, oregano, and basil to beef and cook until fragrant and the beef starts to get browned.
  3. Mix beef with 2 cup mozzarella.
  4. Evenly spread out your beef mixture in your crock pot
  5. Pour your pizza sauce over the top and spread out evenly
  6. Top with remaining 2 cups mozzarella, your greens, then your vegetable toppings and finally pepperoni slices.
  7. Cover with the lid and cook on low for around 4 hours
