Ingredients


454 gm Chicken breast, boneless, skinless
3 tbsp Olive oil
2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
1 package Taco seasoning mix, McCormick
2 tbsp Ranch seasoning, dry, McCormick

Instructions


  1. Put chicken breasts, taco & ranch mixes, and chicken broth in the crockpot.
  2. Set crockpot on low for 5 hours.
  3. After 5 hours, shred chicken with 2 forks.
  4. Replace lid and continue cooking on low for 30 more minutes.
  5. Serve shredded chicken on tostadas, tacos burritos, or salad, with your favorite toppings!
