Ingredients


1 cup All Bran Bran Flakes, Kellogg's
1 medium stalk(s) Celery (chopped)
1/2 cup, shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp Chili powder
2 tsp Cumin (ground)
2 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
2 cup Red kidney beans, canned, drained (drained and rinsed)
1 tbsp Sunflower oil
1 can (15oz) Sweet corn, canned, undrained (drained)
1 medium pepper(s) Red bell pepper (chopped)
3 cup Tomato sauce, canned
1 medium Yellow onion (chopped)

Instructions


In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion, red pepper, garlic and celery; cook until vegetables are tender. Stir in chili powder and cumin; cook for 5-7 minutes.

Add tomatoes, breaking up with spoon. Stir in beans, corn and bran; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve in a bowl as sprinkled with cheese.
