Ingredients


1/4 small head Red cabbage (thinly sliced or shaved with mandolin)
4 head Broccoli, raw (thinly sliced)
5 leaves Black kale (stalks removed, thinly sliced)
1/3 cabbage Napa cabbage, raw (thinly sliced)
5 sprout Brussels sprouts (thinly sliced)
1 medium Apple (matchstick slices)
1/4 cup Walnuts

Instructions


Slice up all the veg with a sharp knife or a food processor fitted with the slicing blade. 

Store in the fridge in an airtight container. 

Add apples and walnuts fresh before you serve. 

 

Notes:

Mixes very well with the Sunbutter Satay Sauce as a dressing. 

 

You can also dress with olive oil, salt and vinegar
