1 tbsp Cilantro (coriander) (chopped finely, to taste)
1/2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar (or Apple Cider Vinegar)
1/4 tsp Himalayan sea salt (to taste)

Instructions


  1. Combine celery, carrot, beet, radish, cilantro, olive oil, vinegar, and salt in a large bowl.
