1 cup seeds Pomegranate seeds
2 tbsp Seaweed, arame, dried, Eden (optional, soaked in cold-lukewarm water for 5-10 minutes)
1/2 whole lemon(s) Lemon juice
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp Himalayan sea salt

Instructions


Combine celery, carrots, pomegranate seeds, and strained arame to a large bowl and toss together. Add in the lemon juice, olive oil, salt to the bowl

Give the salad a good stir until evenly mixed
