|3/4 cup||Maple syrup|

|1/2 cup||Sesame seeds|
|3/4 cup||Walnuts (chopped)|
Roast the sesame seeds with apple sauce, cinnamon, chopped walnuts, maple syrup and cacao nibs.
Wash, peel and chop the apples, add the gluten-free oatmeal, cinnamon, apple sauce and bake about 1/2 hour before mixing it up again, flattening it in the pan and then adding a thick layer of toasted the sesame seeds blend. Bake for another 15 min or so until evenly cooked and toasty on top… Voila!
