1 cup shredded | Mozzarella cheese |
6 slice(s) | Pepperoni (nitrate free if possible) |
1. Heat a non-stick frying pan.
2. Spread cheese in bottom of pan.
3. Top with pepperoni.
4. When cheese is melted and bubbly and browned on the bottom remove from heat. Allow to cool for a minute or 2.
5. Slide off the pan, onto a cutting board. Cut into pieces.
6. Dip in pasta sauce if desired and enjoy!
