1. Slice cucumber into thin rounds.
2. Cut avocado in half, remove pit, and slice into thin slices.
3. Warm bread in toaster or oven to desired toastiness.
4. Scoop avocado onto toast and spread evenly.
5. Top with fresh cucumber slices, a little salt and pepper, Everything But the Bagel sprinkle, or nutritional yeast.
