1. De-stem the jalapeno pepper and prep all the ingredients according to instructions.
2. Add the jalapeno pepper, celery, cucumber, lime juice, stevia, water and ice cubes to a blender and puree until smooth and no chunks are leftover (about 1 minute).
3. Divide between two glasses and serve immediately or store in your fridge for 1-2 days.
