This refreshing 'mocktail' is the perfect way to cool down on a hot summer day.
Ingredients
1/2 medium pepper(s)
Jalapeno pepper
(stemmed, seeded, de-ribbed)
1 medium stalk(s)
Celery
1/8 cucumber(s)
Cucumber
(peeled)
2 tbsp
Lime juice (fresh)
3 drop(s)
Stevia sweetener, liquid
1 1/2 cup
Water
1 cup
Ice cubes
Instructions
De-stem the jalapeno pepper and prep all the ingredients according to instructions.
Add the jalapeno pepper, celery, cucumber, lime juice, stevia, water, and ice cubes to a blender and puree until smooth and no chunks are leftover (about 1 minute).
Divide between two glasses and serve immediately or store in your fridge for 1-2 days.
