5 tomato Roma tomatoes (diced)
1 small White onion (diced)
1 pepper(s) Serrano pepper (diced)
1 bunch Cilantro (coriander) (chopped)
2 fruit Lime (juiced)
1/2 tsp Sea salt (or to taste)

Instructions


This one is time consuming because you have to chop all the vegetables but so worth it! Just toss everything in a bowl when you are ready and serve.

This can be a great topping, use in wraps or as a salsa.
