1/2 whole lemon(s) Lemon juice
2 tsp Turmeric, ground
1 tsp Ginger, ground
1 dash Sea salt

1/4 cup Red onion (chopped)
1/4 cup Raisins, seedless (sultana)
2 tbsp Parsley, fresh


Combine the mayo, apple-cider vinegar, lemon juice, turmeric, ginger and sea salt in a bowl and whisk to combine.

Add the chicken breast, red onion, and raisins, and stir.

Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
