Curried Onion Hummus

2 tsp Curry powder
1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 can (15oz) Navy beans, canned (drained, rinsed)
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
2 tbsp Tahini
1/2 small Yellow onion (chopped)


Combine olive oil, lemon juice, curry powder, sea salt and tahini into a blender.

Drain and rinse navy beans and finely chop the yellow onion. Add these to the blender and blend until smooth.

Serve with crackers or vegetables and enjoy!
