2 tbsp Coconut oil (melted )
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Curry powder
1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions


Preheat the oven to 450°F.

Place all ingredients in big bowl and toss to coat evenly.

Spread the curry cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
