DA - Chipotle Salmon Burgers with Mango Salsa

Ingredients


454 gm Atlantic salmon, wild
2 tbsp Chipotle chiles in adobo sauce (chopped)
1 tbsp Dijon mustard, whole grain (+ 1 tsp)
1 fruit Lime (just the zest)
1/2 fruit Lime (just the juice)
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions


1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse for 30 seconds to combine. If no food processor is available, finely dice the salmon in a large mixing bowl, combine everything together and mix. 

 

2. Divide into 3 burger patties. 

 

3. Preheat non-stick skillet on medium for 1 minute. Drizzle olive oil and sear burgers for 3-4 minutes each side until golden brown. Enjoy!
