| 454 gm | Atlantic salmon, wild |
| 2 tbsp | Chipotle chiles in adobo sauce (chopped) |
| 1 tbsp | Dijon mustard, whole grain (+ 1 tsp) |
| 1 fruit | Lime (just the zest) |
| 1/2 fruit | Lime (just the juice) |
| 1/2 tsp | Sea Salt |
| 1/4 tsp | Black pepper |
| 1 tbsp | Extra virgin olive oil |
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse for 30 seconds to combine. If no food processor is available, finely dice the salmon in a large mixing bowl, combine everything together and mix.
2. Divide into 3 burger patties.
3. Preheat non-stick skillet on medium for 1 minute. Drizzle olive oil and sear burgers for 3-4 minutes each side until golden brown. Enjoy!
