1/2 cup Egg white (will need about 4 eggs)
1/4 cup Pumpkin purée, canned
1 Scoop Vanilla Plant Protein by Coach Donovan
1 tsp Cinnamon (to taste)
1 packet Monk Fruit in The Raw Natural Sweetener

Instructions


1. Blend together. Spray skillet lightly with olive or avocado oil. Heat to medium heat, then add blended mixture to desired pancake size.
