114 gm Chicken breast, boneless, skinless, grilled (4-8 ounces, precooked)
2 medium leaf Lettuce, butterhead (Boston) (2-3 lettuce leaves)
1/4 cup Strawberries (sliced)
1/4 avocado(s) Avocado (mashed)
1 pinch Sea Salt (to taste)
1 dash Black pepper (freshly ground, to taste)
1/4 medium pepper(s) Jalapeno pepper ((optional) remove the seeds to make it less hot.)

Instructions


1. Mix all ingredients (minus the lettuce leaves) in a bowl.

 

2. Spoon into butter lettuce leaves to make a nice wrap!
