1 cup Extra virgin olive oil (preferably cold pressed)
1/3 cup Balsamic vinegar (good quality aged)
1 tbsp Parsley, dried
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1 dash Black pepper (freshly ground, to taste)
1 tbsp Honey mustard (organic, if possible)
1 clove(s) Garlic (passed through a garlic pressed or minced, optionla)

Instructions


1. Add all ingredients into a bowl and whisk until thick and creamy

 

2. Check for seasoning 

 

(2 tablespoons per serving)
