Whisk together sesame oil, vinegar, garlic, ginger, monk fruit, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Cook the tempeh at 350 degrees for 15 minutes in a small oven or pan fried.
Toss the cabbage, green onions and tempeh in a large bowl with the dressing until well coated.
