DA Japanese-Style Cabbage Salad with Tempeh

Ingredients


1 tbsp Sesame oil
2 tbsp Rice vinegar
1 clove(s) Garlic (optional)
1/3 tsp minced Ginger root (optional)
1 packet Monk Fruit in The Raw Natural Sweetener (or Stevia)
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black pepper
1/2 large head Green cabbage (shredded- use red cabbage for colour)
1/2 bunch Green onion (thinly sliced)
709 gm Tempeh bacon (5 ounces per portion)

Instructions


Whisk together sesame oil, vinegar, garlic, ginger, monk fruit, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

Cook the tempeh at 350 degrees for 15 minutes in a small oven or pan fried.

Toss the cabbage, green onions and tempeh in a large bowl with the dressing until well coated.

Serve and enjoy!
