DA - Kitchen Sink Salad

Ingredients


2 cup Lettuce, spring mix (mesclun) (2-3 cups, not iceberg)
1/2 medium Tomato (chopped)
1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
1/2 medium Carrots (shaved, chopped)
1/2 medium Zucchini (sliced)
1/2 medium pepper(s) Red bell pepper (diced)
1/2 cup Sprout mix (a handful can be 1/2-1 cup)
1/4 avocado(s) Avocado (sliced)
2 tbsp DA - Balsamic Dressing (see recipe)
4 ounces Protein of choice (4-8 ounces, chicken, fish or turkey)

Instructions


1. in a bowl, toss everything together in any way that you please.
