DA - Overnight Oats in a Jar

Ingredients


1/4 cup Oat groats,dry (rinsed and soaked for at least 4 hours)
1/4 cup Steel cut oats, dry
1 tbsp Coconut, shredded, unsweetened
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1 tbsp Almonds, raw (use any chopped nuts)
1/3 cup Blueberries (or berries of choice)
1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (1/2-1 cup)
1 pod Vanilla bean (ground vanilla bean, use 1 teaspoon (optional))

Instructions


1. Mix all of the ingredients in a mason jar the night before.

 

2. Store in the fridge overnight.

 

3. Just pull out and eat in the morning. 

 

SO easy!

Notes:

Blueberries

are a great source of antioxidants and are a good source of fiber

Chia Seeds

are an excellent source of Omega 3's
