1/4 cup | Oat groats,dry (rinsed and soaked for at least 4 hours) |
1/4 cup | Steel cut oats, dry |
1 tbsp | Coconut, shredded, unsweetened |
1 tbsp | Chia seeds |
1 tbsp | Almonds, raw (use any chopped nuts) |
1/3 cup | Blueberries (or berries of choice) |
1 cup | Almond milk, unsweetened (1/2-1 cup) |
1 pod | Vanilla bean (ground vanilla bean, use 1 teaspoon (optional)) |
1. Mix all of the ingredients in a mason jar the night before.
2. Store in the fridge overnight.
3. Just pull out and eat in the morning.
