DA - Pumpkin Smoothie

Ingredients


1/2 cup Almond milk, vanilla, unsweetened, Silk
3 leaves Kale (rinsed)
1 tbsp Flaxseeds
1/2 medium Frozen banana
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 cup Pumpkin purée, canned
3 cube(s) Ice cubes
1 scoop Donovan and Cecilia Approved Whey Protein (vanilla) (optional)

Instructions


1. Blend the water and greens FIRST

 

2. Add the rest of the ingredients

 

3. Blend in a high speed blender until a smooth consistency has been reached

 

4. Pour in glass and Enjoy!

Pumpkin

is a great source of fiber and is high in beta carotene and vitamin C

Bananas

are high in potassium
