1 head | Broccoli, raw (about 1.5 lbs, cut into florets, if you want to use stems, cut into bite size pieces) |
2 tbsp | Extra virgin olive oil |
1 clove(s) | Garlic (use the entire clove, peeled. I prefer not to slice the cloves, but you can if you like) |
1 pinch | Himalayan salt (pink, to taste) |
1 dash | Black pepper (to taste) |
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, drizzle the olive oil over the broccoli. Add the garlic, salt, and pepper and toss well with your hands.
3. Spread the mixture on a large baking sheet, trying no to let any broccoli overlap.
4. Cook for about 20 min. or until the edges of broccoli are crispy!
