Ingredients


1 small squash Butternut squash (seeded and cubed)
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch Himalayan salt (to taste)
1 dash Black pepper (to taste)

Instructions


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

 

2. Toss squash with olive oil and spread on a baking sheet, making sure none of the cubes are touching each other. 

 

3. Season with salt and pepper.

 

4. Roast until lightly browned (about 25-30minutes).
