Ingredients


1 cup Water
2 cup Baby spinach (organic, rinsed)
1/2 medium Banana (s)
1/4 cup Frozen blueberries
1/4 cup Frozen blackberry, unsweetened
1/2 cup Sprout mix
3 cube(s) Ice cubes
1 scoop Donovan and Cecilia Approved Whey Protein (vanilla) (optional)

Instructions


1. Blend the water and greens FIRST

 

2. Add the rest of the ingredients

 

3. Blend in a high speed blender until a smooth consistency is reached

 

4. Pour in glass and Enjoy!
