|2 tbsp||Chia seeds (soak before adding)|
|1/2 cup||Water (water, for soaking chia)|
|1 container||Yoso Unsweetened Almond and Cashew Yogurt|
|1 tsp||Honey, raw ((optional))|
|2 cup slices||Strawberries|
|2 tbsp||Flaxseed meal (ground)|
1. Add chia seeds to water and stir to combine. Allow it to sit for about 20 minutes until a gelatinous mixture forms. Add more water if needed.
2. Mix yogurt with chia seed mixture, honey, strawberries and flaxmeal. Enjoy!
To save time, double or triple the batch and store in airtight contains in the fridge for up to 3 days.
You can add granola, nuts, seeds, banana or other berries.
