Dairy Free Strawberry Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients


2 tbsp Chia seeds (soak before adding)
1/2 cup Water (water, for soaking chia)
1 container Yoso Unsweetened Almond and Cashew Yogurt
1 tsp Honey, raw ((optional))
2 cup slices Strawberries
2 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground)

Instructions


1. Add chia seeds to water and stir to combine. Allow it to sit for about 20 minutes until a gelatinous mixture forms. Add more water if needed.

 

2. Mix yogurt with chia seed mixture, honey, strawberries and flaxmeal. Enjoy!

Storage

To save time, double or triple the batch and store in airtight contains in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Optional

You can add granola, nuts, seeds, banana or other berries.
