Ingredients


2 tbsp Chia seeds (Available in 8-ounce bags))
1 1/2 tsp Cocoa powder, unsweetened (Available in 4-ounce containers)
1/2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (Available in 32-ounce cartons))
1 dash Vanilla extract, pure (Available in 2-ounce bottles))
2 tbsp Dates (About 1 to 2 small Medjool dates)
1 cup Blueberries (About ⅖ of a 12-ounce bag)
1 cup Raspberries (About 1/2 of a 10-ounce bag)
1/2 cup Banana (s) (About ½ of a large banana)

Instructions


  1. In a mixing bowl combine the chia seeds and cocoa powder. Whisk to combine. Then slowly whisk in almond milk until all the cocoa powder is dissolved. Next, whisk in the vanilla. Then add the chopped dates.
  2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight.
  3. For serving, divide chia pudding equally between bowls and top with berries and banana. Enjoy!
  4. Notes

    1. No Berries: Use any apples, peaches, or grapes in place of the berries for this recipe.
    2. Storage: Keeps well in the fridge up to 5 days.
