| 4 tbsp | Almond butter |
| 1/4 cup | Chia seeds, ground |
| 3 tbsp | Cocoa powder, unsweetened |
| 1/4 cup | Coconut flakes (for rolling) |
| 1/4 cup | Coconut flakes |
| 1 tbsp | Coconut oil (melted) |
| 1 tbsp | Honey |
| 1 dash | Sea Salt |
| 1/2 tsp | Vanilla extract, pure |
| 3 tbsp | Whey protein powder, unflavoured |
1. Mix all ingredients together, either by hand or in the food processor.
2. Roll the dough into 1-1/2″ balls and then roll each ball in shredded coconut.
3. Pop in the refrigerator to set up.
4. These will keep covered in a Tupperware in the refrigerator for up to a week. Enjoy!
