|4 tbsp||Almond butter|
|1/4 cup||Chia seeds, ground|
|3 tbsp||Cocoa powder, unsweetened|
|1/4 cup||Coconut flakes (for rolling)|
|1/4 cup||Coconut flakes|
|1 tbsp||Coconut oil (melted)|
|1 dash||Sea salt|
|1/2 tsp||Vanilla extract, pure|
|3 tbsp||Whey protein powder, unflavoured|
1. Mix all ingredients together, either by hand or in the food processor.
2. Roll the dough into 1-1/2″ balls and then roll each ball in shredded coconut.
3. Pop in the refrigerator to set up.
4. These will keep covered in a Tupperware in the refrigerator for up to a week. Enjoy!
