Ingredients


1/3 cup Beef, ground, extra lean (leftover cooked taco beef, beans or canned lentils)
1/4 cup, shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded or chopped Iceberg lettuce
1/4 cup Tomato (fresh, diced)
1/4 cup cubes Avocado
2 tbsp Salsa, ready-to-serve
2 tbsp Sour cream, light
10 chip Tortilla chips, plain, white corn, salted (or taco shells)
1 Square Rice Krispies Treats

Instructions


  1. Place all ingredients in separate containers in a divided lunch box or separate with silicone muffin liners.
  2. If using cooked ground beef, make sure to pack the lunch box in an insulated lunch bag with an ice pack to keep it cool for food safety.
