1/2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (can use rice milk)
1/4 cup Parsley, fresh (chopped)
1/4 large Banana (s) (can use frozen)
2 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled (about a handful)

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
