3 medium egg Egg, hard boiled (cut in half)
1 avocado(s) Avocado
2 tsp Lime juice (fresh)
1 tsp Cilantro (coriander)
1 dash Garlic powder
1 dash Black pepper
1 pinch Salt
2 tsp Paprika (optional)

Instructions


1. To Boil Eggs:

  • Add eggs to a pot of water about 1 inch above the eggs.
  • Bring water to a rolling boil. 
  • Turn off heat and let eggs sit in water covered for 10-12 minutes.
  • Remove from water using a strainer and run eggs under cold water, then peel and cut in half to remove cooked yolks. .

 

2. Remove the cooked yolks from the hard boiled eggs into a bowl.

3. Cut the avocado in half, remove pit and scoop out avocado, add the avocado to the bowl next.

4. Then add the remaining ingredients and mash together well with a fork.

5. Add the mixture to the egg halves

6. Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
