1/2 cup | Bob's Red Mill 1 to 1 Baking Flour |
2 scoop | Vanilla Bone Broth Protein Powder |
1 tbsp | Cocoa powder, unsweetened |
2/3 tsp | Instant coffee, regular, powder |
2/3 cup | Ripple Milk |
1/2 tsp | Baking powder |
1 dash | Sea Salt |
1/3 cup | Dark chocolate chips |
Preheat oven to 350oF.
In a medium-sized bowl, whisk the egg, sugar, mashed banana, and coconut oil.
Add all dry ingredients, excluding the chocolate chips, into the bowl.
Once combined, stir in the milk to thin out the batter. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Once the batter is ready, evenly pour into 7 muffin liners.
Bake for 20 minutes and top with additional chocolate chips once removed from the oven. Enjoy!
