1 medium Frozen banana
3 medium fruit (6cm dia) Tangerine (mandarin), raw (peeled)
2 cup Baby spinach
1/4 cup Coconut milk
1 1/2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (or other non-dairy milk)
1 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
1 tbsp Chia seeds, ground
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure

Instructions


1. Add all the ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend on high until well combined. For a thinner consistency add additional milk.
